I offer therapy sessions in a cozy, welcoming space designed to help you feel safe and supported. I also offer online therapy and outdoor 'walk and talk' therapy at nearby parks and forested areas.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday until 6pm

Alternating Saturdays 8am-11am

Alternating Sundays 2pm - 5pm

Sessions $150 - $175

Group sessions $60

There are 3 parks and the Greenway within 10 minutes of my office that I use for outdoor therapy. An initial assessment in the office is required first and we schedule at that time.
